There’s nothing more important than giving back to your community.

I am passionate about giving back to the community and neighborhoods I serve. Mentoring and volunteering with local Tampa Bay area charitable organizations has afforded me a greater understanding of my neighbors as well as the personal satisfaction of contributing to the strengthening and support of my city.

Here’s just a few of the local organizations I am affiliated with.

Lunch Pals

Lunch Pals is a lunch time mentoring program where businesses, community organizations and individuals are paired with a school to provide students with the additional presence of caring adults.

Each student is identified by school personnel as a child who could especially benefit from a mentoring relationship. Sometimes they are facing social, family and/or academic challenges where they can benefit from an additional positive and encouraging adult.

Meals on Wheels For Kids

Meals On Wheels 4 Kids, an arm of Tampa Bay Network to Hunger, relies on the community to help support its mission of providing nutritious meals to our young neighbors.

The organization serves kids who rely on the school lunch program when school is closed. The kids also look forward to the volunteer visit and the guardians appreciate the safety check that comes along with the meal delivery.

Tampa Bay Beagle Rescue

Tampa Bay Beagle Rescue is an all volunteer, foster based, 501 (c)(3), non-profit organization dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation, and re-homing of abused, neglected, and at-risk beagles and beagle mixes.

TBBR beagles live in their foster families' homes - promoting a safe, nurturing environment where they can decompress and feel at home. When the beagles are ready our adoption counselors ensure that each beagle is adopted to the right family and environment.
